First and foremost, I want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it be ceramics or jewelry.
I am happy to return/refund items in the same condition that the items were shipped to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 10 days of receipt of the item. Please e-mail me at tori@torisfire.com to arrange an authorization. Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
All items are sent insured so, if for some reason you receive an item damaged in transit, please e-mail me so that I may resolve that issue as well.
